Apostle Theodore T. Herring, Sr. was born on December 24, 1950, in Newport News, Virginia. At the age of twenty-one, he married his high school sweetheart, Evangelist Elizabeth B. Herring. Together, they have built a strong, God-centered family, raising five accomplished sons—Theo Jr., Travis, Kristian, Jeremy, and Brandon—under the admonition and guidance of the Lord. Their legacy continues to flourish with their beloved daughter-in-law, Tanisha, and a cherished granddaughter, Melanie and precious grandson Caiden Herring.
In April 1977, Apostle Herring accepted the divine call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. His unwavering commitment to ministry led to his ordination as Pastor of Salvation and Deliverance Church No. 6 in September 1979. Demonstrating faithful leadership and spiritual integrity, he was consecrated as a Bishop in 1994, further solidifying his role as a pillar within the Body of Christ.
Throughout his years of service, Apostle Herring has received numerous honors and commendations, including recognition as Pastor of the Year and an Honorary Certificate from Governor James B. Hunt for his extraordinary pastoral care and ministry at Caledonia Correctional Institution. His pursuit of theological excellence led him to earn a Master of Theology degree from St. Paul Bible Institute in Harlem, New York.
In 2003, Apostle Herring transitioned into full-time ministry, dedicating his life entirely to the advancement of God’s Kingdom and the salvation of souls. In 2004, he was elevated to the office of Apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ by the late Apostle William Brown, founder of Salvation and Deliverance Churches Worldwide.
Apostle Herring is widely respected for his years of unwavering dedication, community service, and spiritual leadership. He is known as a visionary leader, a spiritual father to many, an anointed teacher, and a dynamic preacher who effectively ministers across generations and backgrounds. With profound wisdom, insight, and compassion, he delivers the engrafted Word of God in a manner that transforms both sinner and saint.
Operating in a powerful prophetic and healing anointing, Apostle Herring has been used by God to demonstrate signs and wonders, with many witnessing miracles through his ministry. As in the days of the early church, his ministry reflects a tangible manifestation of God’s power and presence.
At the core of his mission is a steadfast commitment to soul-winning, anchored in the scripture: “He which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins” (James 5:20). This is not only his message—it is his mandate, his method, and his lifelong ministry.

Dr. Marshall A. Blackmond is a cherished gift to the Body of Christ and is esteemed for the diversity of gifting God has bestowed upon him for the building of His Kingdom. Dr. Blackmond is a prominent figure in the world of ministry and business as evidenced by holding several leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Marshall Blackmond Ministries and Blackmond Enterprises.
As a humble servant leader, dynamic conference host, and anointed apostolic covering, Dr. Blackmond plays a significant role in the lives of others by providing sound guidance and empowerment through the Word of God. As an affirmed visionary for the twenty-first century, he has been called to bridge the generational gap within the Church, with the singular focus to unite all generations in the pursuit of establishing God’s Kingdom here on earth.
Dr. Blackmond's personal testimony of experiencing the Grace of God catapulted him on the path of ministry at the young age of ten. From an early beginning, God equipped him with a powerful message of divine inner healing and total restoration. The charge to rebuild the altars of God by leading His people to Jesus Christ through fervent prayer and revival is one that he carries with utmost honor and gratitude.
At present, Dr. Blackmond serves as the President of the North Carolina Association of Clerics (NCAC) and is the Senior Leader of The LIVE Church Ministerial Alliance which encompasses memberships throughout the United States. He is deeply passionate about purposeful missions and evangelism, and actively participates as a board member on a host of international ministerial committees and civic organizations. His aim is to make a lasting impact in the cultivation of communities of lower socio-economic statuses through essential skill development and spiritual growth.
Dr. Blackmond's ability to speak the language of God’s heart and exceptional fervor for prayer have opened numerous avenues resulting in national television appearances and highlights in Christian magazines. Over the course of an impressive career spanning thirty years, Dr. Blackmond has ministered internationally to eleven countries and domestically to forty-four states, spreading the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
As a modern-day Apostle chosen by God, miracles, signs, and wonders are cornerstone features to his healing and deliverance ministry that has touched the lives of thousands down through the years. Through innovative and progressive leadership, Dr. Blackmond excels in a multiplicity of roles including but not limited to counselor, church planter, intercessor, prophet, evangelist, teacher, and even a preacher's preacher; all of which are designed to inspire others to experience the transformative power of God's matchless Love and Grace.

She is the visionary founder of the Synergy Summit, a groundbreaking regional conference that empowers female executives and ministry leaders to collaborate and exchange innovative strategies for career and personal advancement.
Professionally, Dr. Parker has served as a leadership trainer for the Kellogg Company and is a certified John Maxwell coach, trainer, and speaker. She is also the acclaimed author of The 40-Day Health & Wellness Journal and Emerging Voices, works that reflect her deep commitment to helping others thrive.
As Co-Pastor of Truth Tabernacle Ministries, Dr. Parker partners with her husband, Bishop Dr. Haywood L. Parker, in guiding their congregation with wisdom, compassion, and visionary leadership. Whether on the stage, in the boardroom, or within her church, Dr. Parker exemplifies the transformative power of faith-driven leadership and continues to inspire countless individuals to reach their God-given potential.

Dr. Aaron McNair, II, an ingenious strategist, 10x author, and apostolic voice for this generation.
He has a sincere passion to see people maximize their potential and embrace every
opportunity that life presents. With 20 years of leadership experience, he has the humbling
opportunity of traveling nationally and internationally teaching leaders and developing
churches. His academic career consists of degrees and certifications in the areas of theology,
sacred music, homiletics, and hermeneutics. He received a Doctor of Ministry from the North
Carolina Theological Seminary.
Dr. McNair is the President & CEO of Impact Consulting Group which provides professional
consultation and development for churches and organizations. He has the competence and
skill for creating systems and structures for organizational advancement and functionality. He
is the host of the Fuel Summit, a leadership conference igniting entrepreneurs, community and
faith leaders for excellence. As a highly sought after mentor, he launched Capacity Collective,
a pastoral coaching program that has served 100+ pastors from several levels of ministry. With
a sincere passion for leadership, he is a Certified Member of the John Maxwell Leadership
Team. He has been certified in Organizational Leadership through Harvard Business School.
He is also the owner of the A. Bernard Collection, Luxury Menswear for the Man of Excellence.
Dr. McNair is a passionate pastor, focused servant, and church planter. He proudly pastors two trendsetting, thriving churches whose mode for excellence is sought after by pastors and churches globally. He has the privilege to steward over 1,000 members throughout several

He also serves as a Bishop in the Life Changing Ministries International Fellowship.
On March 9, 2013, he was united in love with the most beautiful, Lady Ashley McNair. He describes her as "God's love for me in physical form" and she works closely with him in ministry. Lady Ashley McNair is a powerful preacher, psalmist, and intercessor. Together they have one lovely daughter Aylana Lynda Michelle and one energetic son, Aaron IlI(AB).

Bishop Liston Page, Sr. serves as the Presiding Prelate of the Greater Highway Deliverance Ministries. He is also the Senior Pastor of the Greater Highway Deliverance Temple located in the heart of New York City. Greater Highway Deliverance Temple serves as the headquarter church for G.H.D. Ministries.
Through obedience to the Holy Spirit, God has immensely blessed Bishop Page to impact the lives of those he encounter. It is with evidence that the favor of God is heavily upon him. Bishop Page has been afforded the privilege to expand the Greater Highway Deliverance Ministries territory by having churches all over the nation, as well as churches in Canada, Africa, and West Indies.
Bishop Page serves on the Board of the Joint College of African America Pentecostal Bishops and he also serves as a Chaplain of the International Worldwide Outreach, Inc. He is the President of the Metropolitan Development Corporation (affiliated with the Phoenix House Corp.) Bishop Page has obtained his Doctorate of Divinity, degree from the National Theological Seminary of the Commonwealth University of St. Louis, Missouri.
Thousands have been healed, delivered, and blessed through Bishop Page’s ministry. He is a true vessel of God and he is a great Kingdom Builder whose diligent efforts towards the amelioration of mankind can be shown through his acts of love.
Bishop Page has been married to his bride, Dr. Hazel Page for 62 years. Out of this union they have been blessed with three successful children; Dr. Wanda P. Page, Bishop Liston Page, II and Bishop Darren L. Page. He’s the grandfather of seven, great-grandfather of four, and the spiritual father of thousands.
His humble spirit has encouraged many people to walk, talk, and be holy. The Bible instructs us to“mark the perfect man, and behold the upright man for the end of that man is peace.” Surely the peace of God abides with this righteous vessel.
